Product Description

This machine use the most advanced static press system, matched with high pressure vane pump, the machine can provide pressure of 200T and above. The control system adopts Delta PLC and a human-computer interaction interface, which can adjust the corresponding parameter values according to different raw materials. The hydraulic system adopts domestic well-known brands and has high durability. Single proportional valve control can freely adjust all oil pressures.
The compaction system adopts a segmented design, and the main oil cylinder is equipped with an auxiliary oil tank, which can be pressed down instantly with the help of a filling valve. Double oil cylinders on both sides are responsible for lifting and lowering, which greatly improves work efficiency
The control system comes with a two-way compaction system, you can freely choose one-way or two-way compaction to meet the needs of different raw materials.
