Product Description
This machine uses the most advanced static press system, matched with a high-pressure vane pump, the machine can provide pressure of 200T and above. The control system adopts a Delta PLC and a human-computer interaction interface, which can adjust the corresponding parameter values according to different raw materials. The hydraulic system adopts domestic well-known brands and has high durability. Single proportional valve control can freely adjust all oil pressures.
The operation is simple, and the PLC control system is adopted; the electronic components, such as the PLC electric control box are from Delta Electronics. The man-machine interface is simple and intuitive, and the touch screen is designed. In the production operation, different parameters can be set according to different clay material types. Meanwhile, the regular pressing ratio is 1:1.6 by the manual interlocking brick machine, and HR10-10 can be designed to supply the pressing ratio of 1:1.9. which means that if customers want to make 100mm height soil bricks, we will fabricate our brick mold box depth to be 190mm.
