The high-speed 100-ton hydraulic compressed earth block machine is a large-scale improved mechanical equipment, which is mainly used to press various clays and other cohesive soils into various shapes of bricks, tiles and building materials. The specific structure and definition are as follows:
1. Pressure system: The high-speed 100-ton hydraulic earth machine adopts a hydraulic system, including an oil source, oil pump, pressure valve, and especially a 100-ton grade oil cylinder, etc., which are mainly used to provide the pressure required for pressing.
2. Gearbox: The gearbox is an important part of the machine, mainly used to transmit power and provide sufficient speed and torque. As the hydraulic oil flowing speed normally slows down while the oil quantity gets more, the gearbox can push oil recycle more quickly.
3. Pressing system: The hydraulic pressure drives the oil cylinder to slide the pressing plate towards the mold box and press the earth into the mold to form various shapes of blocks, tiles, and building materials.
4. Mold: The mold is mainly made of manganese steel and 345-type steel plate after heat treatment. It is used to shape earth and clay.
